At CL Design Company, each order is made with care. Because of the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

Returns & Exchanges

Items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is an error on our part (wrong size, wrong design, or defective product).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours.

Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
